3.Presentation of the main topic by Ms. Laya Joneydi (Lecturer) Member of ICC International Court of Arbitration, Associate Professor of Tehran University
The aim of the webinar is to introduce various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices, and to evaluate the advantages and possible challenges of each procedure. Obviously, the analysis of this issue is efficient in decision-making of industrial owners and managers in choosing the appropriate practice of dispute resolution. In the meantime, the webinar will present alternative dispute resolution practices by the documents published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
