ICC has complied the Incoterms to facilitate international trade and determined the parties’ responsibilities on international trade, in accordance with international daily changes, free zones spread and growth of using electronic communications in commercial trades, progress in transportation technology. ICC has reviewed and updated the required concepts and provided the international trade community with the newest version.
Different perceptions, unclear contractual responsibilities as well as diverse explanations of current terms in commercial and legal texts of countries especially related to incoterms in transportation of goods, made ICC Iran to hold Incoterms 2020and transportation online training course focusing on the role of transportation in transiting goods.
