Appointment of Deputy Secretary General for International Affairs of ICC Iran

The Secretary-General of ICC Iran appointed Ms. Zohreh Bahrehbar, Director of International Affairs of the Iranian Committee of the ICC, as Deputy Secretary-General for International Affairs.

 

The decree reads: "In view of your expertise, knowledge and experience as a Senior Officer in the affairs of international organizations and Institutions, as well as your sincere, professional and committed efforts during your presence in ICC Iran, you are hereby appointed as the Deputy Secretary-General for International Affairs".

 

Ms. Bahrehbar has a master degree in Administrative Management from University of Science Malaysia and has extensive experience in providing foreign financial resources for developmental projects from Multilateral Development Banks (including the World Bank Group, Islamic Development Bank Group and ECO Trade and Development Bank).

 

Among her working experience records is the Deputy Director General for the Office of Loans, International Organizations and Institutions of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, Head of the Iranian delegation in several meetings of Senior Experts and Ministerial Meetings of COMCEC (The Standing Committee for the Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation), responsibility in providing financial and technical resources from international financial institutions of which the Islamic Republic of Iran is a member, membership in the Halal High Council of Iran Chamber of Commerce and ....

 

In 2017, she compiled and edited the document "Diagnosing the Iranian Economy; Towards Resilient and Sustainable Development”, with the cooperation of the Islamic Development Bank, which will be used as a reference book to provide foreign financial resources and loans to our country in the coming years.
