ICC Iran will organize on 09 February 2015 a seminar under the topic of “International Commercial Dispute Resolution Methods”.This Seminar seeks to provide a better understanding of ICC arbitration and other dispute resolution services, and will showcase practical strategies and tactics for those involved in international arbitration.
For this purpose Dr.Mohsen Mohebi, ICC Iran Arbitration commission secretary and Dr. Hamidreza Aslani, ICC Iran member will discuss the related issues. legal directors and corporate counsel from companies involved in international commercial arbitration, practicing lawyers, legal practitioners advising international trading companies, and business people involved in international trade and dispute resolution are recommended to attend this seminar.
