ICC Iran in partnership with Iran Chamber of Commerce agriculture and affiliated industries commission announced its readiness to contribute in ICC Agri-Food Project.
ICC is going to establish certain global hubs to create an international network in Agri- food sector.
About 10 countries including Iran where ICC NCs located, announced their readiness to contribute in the above-mentioned project as the global ICC Agri- Food Hubs.
Contributing in such a project is a huge step for countries’ presence in global arena, introducing their capabilities in Agri- Food sector to the world, providing services, as well as finding commercial partners and companies in the above global network.
In this regard, ICC Iran Secretary General" Mohammad Khazaee" in a meeting with ICCIMA’s agriculture and affiliated industries commission members, discussed about the contribution in the project and the global Hubs selection process.
Dr. Khazaee stated that each National Committee should announce a number of 5 active partners and about 30 companies working in Agri- Food sector to join the project. This is a global network and contribution which will result in developing agricultural sectors of the countries.
In the end, ICCIMA’s agriculture and affiliated industries commission Chair-“Mohsen Amini”, while welcoming the project, described the measurements of Agri- Food sector.
