John Denton this week circulated new Terms of Reference (ToR) for ICC Commissions, setting out the remit of Commissions, roles and responsibilities of commission leadership and standard processes. Developed by the ICC Governance Committee and adopted by the ICC Executive Board, the ToRs also allow for more effective management of ICC’s global policy agenda, ensure alignment with ICC strategic priorities and broaden diversity of ICC’s pool of expertise. For consistent governance of each work area, the Terms of Reference are effective immediately.
